BUSINESS PROPOSAL


Dear Sir/Madame:


I am writing to you at this time with a unique business 
proposal. I am a Canadian gold exploration geologist with 
over 30 years experience looking for gold throughout 
Canada, the Western United States, Central and South 
America, as well as here in West Africa. I currently reside 
in Accra, Ghana, West Africa.


One of my assignments several years ago took me to Sierra 
Leone, where I examined four gold concessions owned by the 
late Abubarkar Sulaman. He was a very wealthy 
man, with interests in various businesses throughout the 
land. Three of the concessions were in production, simple 
but very lucrative operations, with huge potential. The 
bottom line on the report I submitted to my clients was that 
they should enter into negotiations with Mr. Sulaman, so as 
to acquire an interest in the concessions. Before the 
negotiations could be completed, civil war broke out, Mr. 
Sulaman was murdered, and my clients" interest was directed 
elsewhere.


Recently, Mr. Sulaman's son Musa contacted me here in Accra. 
His ordeal since I last saw him several years ago has been 
horrible: most of his family murdered, having to
 flee for his life, leaving most of his worldly possessions 
behind. He did however manage to bring with him two metal 
boxes, each full of alluvial gold dust. 


I have seen the gold, sampled and weighed it. The gold is 
safely stored in a Security Company vault here in Accra. The 
dust is of a purity of 22.5 karats. There are 80 kilograms 
in each box, thus 160 kilograms of the precious 
metal. At today's gold price, I calculate a value of roughly 
$1,650,000 US.


Because his father trusted and respected me, Musa has asked 
me to help him move the gold out of Africa [for obvious 
reasons]. My talent is in finding gold, not in marketing 
it. This is why I am contacting you, so that, with your 
expertise, we can help my late friends son find some peace, 
and both turn a tidy profit. I see this to be a very 
lucrative venture. Musa will pay us a commission for our efforts.
