All prices on this site are in US$. Other currencies accepted at the current exchange rate. (See "Payment") below.
BuckaCover
Covers in the "BuckaCover" section of this site are priced from $1.50 for fresh new additions (some premium covers start at $1.75), down to US$0.60 each, averaging out at about $1.00 each. The price of thousands of covers from previous uploads drop each time we add fresh covers. (See BuckaCover Pricing page for details.)

Cover Box
The Cover Box holds our premium covers, however there are many inexpensive covers there too. We don't believe in holding on to covers for a long time, so we periodically place older items on the "Discount List", where they also drop regularly in price. See the "discounted covers" option in the search box in the Cover Box.

Minimum Order

The minimum order from this site is $10.00 plus postage. (see below). We hope you will appreciate that this is a high volume, labor intensive effort. If you can't find enough for yourself, buy a few for your friends or youngsters! Unfortunately, due to the high cost of handling small orders, we cannot accept orders under $10, even if the order is being added to a previous order. Your order may include items from both BuckaCover and Cover Box.

Ordering

We accept orders placed through our shopping cart only. Due to the high incidence of errors when customers transcribe stock numbers, we do not accept orders placed by email or by mail. If there is a reason you can not use the shopping cart, please let us know - maybe we can fix your problem.

We do not ship everywhere!

Sorry, but we do not accept orders from all countries of the world. This policy is the result of years of experience shipping all over the world, and knowing where we have consistent problems with delivery.

We do not accept orders from the following countries.

All of Africa (including Egypt) except South Africa
Russia, Ukraine and most former Soviet Republics
Mexico
India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Burma, Nepal
Turkey, Bulgaria, Albania and some other Eastern European countries
Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia

For shipments to some other countries, (notably some countries in South America and Eastern Europe) we must ship by the Small Packet Rate for our insurance to apply. The extra insurance fee ranges from $5 to $12.50, depending on the order size. ($5 for orders up to $100). This amount is in addition to any postage charges (which are still free over $50). Postage and Packing

Postage and packing charge for orders under $50 is US$2.00 to USA and Canada or US$4.00 to all other international addresses.
Free postage and packing on orders over $50. (Applies only to orders from the website, not eBay purchases. See "Combining Orders" below.)
All orders are carefully packed - protected with plastic sleeves and corrugated envelope stiffeners.

Our shipping terms for BuckaCover items are based on orders which average approximately $1.00 per cover, as most orders we receive from BuckaCover are made up of a mix of all price ranges from 60c to $1.50.

Large orders for BuckaCover items from overseas customers that consist exclusively of the cheapest covers are subject to a shipping surcharge. For example, an order of 80 or more covers, all priced at 60c and 75c each, might require a surcharge beginning at approximately $8.00. If you wish to order large quantities of exclusively the cheapest items, please check wth us first.

This note applies only to overseas shipments that consist of only the cheapest covers. It does not apply to 99.9% of orders from this site!

Registration and Insurance
All our shipments are covered by our own philatelic insurance policy. We will pay for registered mail service (at our discretion) for larger orders. (Usually over $300). If you require registration for safety, please add $12.50 to the postage charges for orders less than $300. The maximum size for registered letters is 500 grams.

Combining Orders from BuckaCover and Cover Box (and eBay)

Your selections from both inventories (BuckaCover and Cover Box) on this site will automatically be combined by our Shopping Cart. You may go back and forth between the two inventories as much as you like. Your shopping cart will automatically combine any purchases from the two different inventories!

eBay purchases
Purchase anything from our eBay auctions, pay the postage as listed on the eBay invoice, and any additional covers from our website ride along free. (Minimum website purchase of $10 still applies). You may ignore the automatically generated postage amount on your BuckaCover confirmation, or request a new PayPal invoice. If paying by PayPal, pay the eBay invoice, and then pay for BuckaCover items with a separate payment.

Combined shipping on multiple website orders
We know there is a lot to look through at one sitting, particularly when we do a new upload! You may place multiple orders and have them all count toward one shipping charge (free over $50 !) as long as the orders are placed within a three day period and are combined in one payment. If paying by PayPal, you must make only one payment!

Payment

Orders will be shipped promptly upon receipt of payment.

Canadian customers may choose to pay in either US$ or C$. The invoice will show both, using the current exchange rate. (PayPal payments in US$ only).

Canadian buyers in "HST provinces" are subject to HST at the rate applicable to their province: Ontario (13%), British Columbia (12%), Newfoundland (13%), New Brunswick (13%) and Nova Scotia (15%). Other Canadian orders are subject to GST at 5%.

Many forms of payment are available, including credit cards. Please see our "Payments Page" for more details. Cash payments may be sent in Euros, Pounds Sterling, US dollars or Canadian dollars only.

We reserve the right to return items to stock without notice if payments are not received in a timely manner (one week from the order date for PayPal and other online methods, three weeks for mailed payments).

Additional information about BuckaCover covers

Sorry, but at this price, we absolutely cannot offer additional information about covers listed on the BuckaCover portion of this site. Please do not ask us for more information about the cover, closeups, scans of the back or anything else. Remember, we're talking about an average of $1 each here! If you can't tell you want it from the scan, don't buy it! We will be glad to address any questions you have about covers in the Cover Box portion of the site.

Condition & Guarantee

BuckaCover Items
Condition is as you see it in the scan. We do not list covers that have significant faults that are not visible in the scan. Commercial covers may have insignificant opening tears or flap tears that are not visible in the scan, but never anything that in our opinion makes them undesireable for $1.00. If you require perfect, selected condition for all your covers, you probably shouldn't be shopping in a dollar box. If you are ever truly unhappy with a purchase, let us know and we'll make an adjustment, but returning one or two covers is a waste of everybody's time and postage!

Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not happy with a cover for any reason, we will cheerfully refund your money - no questions asked. (We are confident in our stock and are happy to make this guarantee, but please do not use this as an approval service and order more covers than you intend to buy - it costs us time and effort to restock.)
